Job Description:
As our Direct Sales Representative, you will sell our security systems and services, helping promote safer communities. Every day, you will network and schedule sales meetings that allow you to uncover the needs of clients and potential clients. You will develop sales pipelines that lead to sales and happy customers. If you’re ready for a company that supports a better work-life balance; you won’t fly or drive long distances to meet with clients, as you will live and work within the community that you serve (Bay County markets, we also have other offices throughout Florida).

What You’ll Do:
- Engage with current clients while networking and prospecting new business opportunities within your assigned territory to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Cultivate strong relationships with businesses, government entities, and organizations, ensuring ongoing support and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct cold calls, schedule appointments, assess client needs, and develop tailored proposals using Redwire’s tools and pricing methods.
- Present products, close sales, manage contracts, coordinate installations, and provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction.
What You Bring to the Team:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing/sales or equivalent sales experience.
- A passion for working with and supporting people.
- A positive attitude, motivation, and drive to succeed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
- Dependability — Knowledge and willingness to follow a certain schedule, be consistent with communication with other departments, and have an overall sense of accountability towards the position
- Independence — Job requires developing one's own ways of doing things, guiding oneself, and depending on oneself to get things done.
