Redwire is seeking a curious and collaborative Human Resources Intern who is dedicated to driving exceptional employee performance, development, and overall employee experience across our organization! You will work directly with the Talent Development team, Human Resources Representatives and key Stakeholders to create, administer and coordinate engagement, performance and learning programs and initiatives. Responsibilities Performance Management
- Research and create resources and guides for effective performance management
- Assist with administration of Mid-Year Performance Review process
- Provide basic administrative support in the Talent Management System (TMS)
