Position Type: Full-time (30-40 hours per week), salary/exempt & benefited
Example Shift: 8 am – 2pm OR 12 pm – 6 pm, 4 days per week (16 pt hours, 24 working, paid for
30 hours)
PA/NP Salary Range: $80-$95/hr, DOE
Location: Gualala and/or Point Arena Primary/Home Health Clinics
Summary: As a member of the health care team, the medical provider will perform various procedures and
provide educational information to patients regarding personal healthcare. The best candidate will provide high-
quality patient care in a collaborative manner with all team members and will maintain confidentiality and
professionalism in all situations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of an accredited school or program of medicine.
- Current California (PA or FNP) and DEA licenses.
- Minimum of five years of experience working in a family practice or ED setting preferred.
- Current CPR/BLS/ACLS/PALS certification, immunizations, vaccinations and TB verification required
- Working knowledge of the use and applications of computers and electronic health records (NextGen
- Ability to maintain timely, accurate, detailed reports and records required
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
- Good organizational skills
- Must be able to work independently as well as with others in a team environment
- A valid California Driver’s License
- Capable of performing position related physical requirements
- Must be able to stand, sit, walk, bend, see and use a computer for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
