- Dental office management experience is required for this location
- A natural leader with an energetic, positive personality who understands the importance of this role as the cheerleader for the office
- Proven experience as a Treatment Coordinator , with excellent presentation and communication skills
- Expertise in pre-op procedures, consent forms, and financial coordination
- Strong understanding of dental financing, operational budgets, and profitability
- Ability to analyze and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for practice growth
- Strong leadership skills to foster a positive and productive team environment
- Experience in doctor scheduling and optimizing practice efficiency
- Confidence in presenting large and complex treatment plans to patients
