As a Personal Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily care needs of our clients, including assisting with personal hygiene, administering medication, and providing transportation to appointments.

You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of each client.
Job Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 years of experience working in healthcare or a related field
