Hourly Rate: $16 for Respite, $16.25 for Attendant Care, $18.25 for Habilitation

Essential Functions:
Provides complete and accurate documentation within required timelines.
Maintains confidentiality of member information and informs Coordinators of changes.
Encourages members to participate in community, household, and personal care tasks.
Provides companionship, personal care, and emotional and psychological support.
Typical Hours:
Able to work at least 2 days a week (Monday-Friday) between 3:00 and 7:00 p.m.
This is typically a part-time job, with average hours between 5 and 15 a week.
In some cases, full-time may be attainable if applicants have a flexible schedule and are willing to commute longer distances to client homes.
Minimum Requirements:
18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Arizona Driver's License (this position requires driving)
Current registration and car insurance
Clean 39-month motor vehicle report
Ability to complete training programs and pass associated tests
Pass a background check and fingerprint clearance
