What We’re Seeking:
Redwood Housing is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Administrator to assist with managing and maintaining the company's information technology (IT) infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of systems and networks. The Infrastructure Administrator will report to the Infrastructure Manager, and this individual will oversee cloud environments, troubleshoot issues, and implement new technologies to enhance business operations. This individual must function effectively in a dynamic environment with significant autonomy and be enthusiastic about joining a rapidly growing, mission-driven company.
What You’ll Do:
· Maintain and support IT infrastructure, including, as examples only, office networks, hardware (laptops, desktops, and printers), networking components, and connectivity.
· Administer Windows cloud-based solutions, including Azure.
· Ensure system availability and performance through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
· Support the Infrastructure Manager in enforcing security policies, including access controls, patch management, and data protection.
· Collaborate with the IT team to optimize and automate system processes.
· Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues efficiently.
· Maintain documentation of infrastructure configurations, policies, and procedures.
· Support IT projects, including migrations, upgrades, and deployments.
· This role is based in our Seattle office with occasional on-call responsibilities and some travel for training and/or IT support.
What You’ll Bring:
· 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration or a similar role.
· Strong knowledge of Windows environments.
· Strong knowledge of ITSM and RMM tools.
· Experience with cloud platforms including Azure.
· Understanding of networking concepts.
· Experience with automation tools such as PowerShell.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
· Excellent communication and documentation skills.
· Impeccable ethics and integrity.
