As a Collections Specialist Summer Intern working within Redwood Logistics, you will be responsible for assisting the collections team on collecting payments from customers. You will also help with data integrity clean up and Excel report analysis and refreshing.
How You Make a Difference Everyday
This position is full-time, temporary, and remote Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.
Compensation Range
$20 per hour
The estimated pay range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the geographical location in which the applicant lives and/or which they will be performing the job.

As a Collections Specialist Summer Intern working within Redwood Logistics, you will be responsible for assisting the collections team on collecting payments from customers. You will also help with data integrity clean up and Excel report analysis and refreshing.
How You Make a Difference Everyday
- Emailing SOAs out to customer base
- Working in Microsoft Excel daily to analyze data and refresh reporting
- Create and present ad hoc analysis reports for management
- Escalate past due concerns to appropriate parties
- Assist manager on daily tasks as needed by downloading necessary reports, following up on emails, and auditing Tableau
- Current college/university student studying Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Microsoft Excel proficient
- Outlook proficient
