Position Summary
CoreVest is the leading private lender to residential real estate investors nationwide. We provide long-term loans for rental properties and short-term financing for acquisitions and fix-flip projects. The Post-Closing Associate (Bridge due diligence) will be responsible for coordinating with all parties involved to correct all issues identified with principal & advance documents. Associate will work closely with the Post-Closing management team on projects and will be the primary coach for analysts. They will also support all business functionality of the Post-Closing Bridge due diligence team.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate with all parties involved with a deal to fix all loan documents identified from diligence review
- Work closely with management to complete department projects
- Providing coaching and support to all analysts in the team
- Management of all policies & procedures for Post-Closing Bridge due diligence team
- Coordinate execution of releases for bridge product
- Support all business aspects of the Post-Closing Bridge due diligence team
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple transactions in a fast-paced deal environment
- Perform other related duties or special ad hoc projects as assigned
- Exercise discretion, independent judgment and problem-solving abilities to complete work assignments
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience in real estate operations functionality
- Real Estate Title experience preferred but not required
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to perform multiple assignments
- Customer focused mindset with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
A reasonable estimate of the total compensation range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certification, and other factors.
