As our Engineering Manager, you'll play a crucial role in managing and inspiring our engineering team based in the US, while dedicating 80% of your time to hands-on coding. We're looking for someone who is equally passionate about nurturing and developing their team and diving deep into our codebase. What You’ll Be Doing
- E-commerce Platform Development : Lead third-party API integrations and enhance our global storefront across five markets, working with our Product Designer to optimize UI / UX for seamless, scalable solutions.
- Conversion Rate Optimization : Partner with the Commercial team to showcase top inventory, improve website content and checkout flows, and drive initiatives for competitive pricing.
- Product Roadmap Execution : Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to deliver our roadmap on time, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
- Cutting-Edge Technology : Work with our tech stack (AWS, React, Node) and explore new tools like OpenAI to enhance our platform.
- Management Experience : Bring 1-2 years of experience managing engineering teams in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
