What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Customer Service Representative - Personal Lines position at Reed Insurance Agency?
Looking to fill a customer service rep position. Applicant would be interacting daily with customer requests. Those requests could be policy changes, payment processing, product questions, etc. Looking for someone that has positive attitude and enjoys interacting with customers. Insurance experience not necessary. We can train you and get you licensed. Starting pay will be based on previous insurance and customer service experience. Willing to offer competitive pay at our growing, fast paced, and fun agency.
Job Responsibilities:
*Processing policy changes
*Processing payments
*Answering coverage/policy related questions from clients
*Advising clients on different companies and different products
*Assisting agents/producers with basic tasks
*Completing annual reviews of clients' policies
*Quoting
Starting pay is based on applicable insurance experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
