ABOUT THE JOB
Reed-Lallier Chevrolet is currently seeking a Service Advisor to be part of our team. We seek a service professional who possesses a positive attitude and can handle the administrative and customer relation functions of the service department.
POSITION DUTIES:
- Ensures that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Ensures that customers have a positive dealership experience
- Keep customers informed on completion times, services expenses, and possible changes
- Knows the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer’s vehicle
- Performs walk-arounds and documents customers concerns to enable the technician to properly diagnose and service the vehicle
- Prepares and enters ROs
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proactive
- Sales experience is a plus!!

Pay: $34,067.33 - $50,000.00 per year
