Junior Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Reedy & Company is seeking a motivated Junior Systems Analyst with a passion for technology to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on support for daily IT operations, assist with server and device management, troubleshoot hardware issues, and contribute to larger projects. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual with problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities

IT Support & Maintenance

• Perform server maintenance and monitor performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, including computer port and printer problems
• Manage device deployment and maintenance for tablets, computers, and phones
• Collect malfunctioning electronics from properties and coordinate their repair
• Update PCs and internal software as needed
• Handle day-to-day IT issues, such as connecting devices to Wi-Fi and basic troubleshooting
  
  

Data Collection & Project Support

• Gather and organize information and data for custom reports and spreadsheets
• Assist in large projects requiring collaboration, including technical setups and system enhancements
• Coordinate with employees and external vendors for meetings, discussions, and work orders
  
  

Collaboration & Training

• Organize sit-down discussions and meetings with employees to address IT concerns
• Develop help articles, video guides, and training materials for employees
• Conduct/Schedule Lunch & Learns to educate employees on systems and features
  
  

Requirements

Essential Skills:

• Strong interest in technology and problem-solving
• Ability to use Google and AI tools to research and find solutions
• Proficiency in basic JavaScript, with the ability to read and write code
• General knowledge of technology and the internet’s inner workings
• Basic understanding of APIs
  
  

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Background in network communications
• Experience in computer hardware maintenance
• Familiarity with Google Workspace
• Low-voltage electrical skills (e.g., ethernet line installation)
• College degree in a related field (preferred)
