Client Relations and Admin Specialist – Real Estate Photography Business
We are a real estate photography and videography company seeking a highly organized and client relations and admin specialist to keep our business running smoothly. Position Details
- Location: Hybrid (Work from home five days per week, with potentially two days per week spent networking in the field)
- Hours: Part-time (20-30 hours per week)
- Pay: $18 per hour for the first 90 days (probationary period), with the opportunity for an increase to $20 per hour after successful completion of the probationary period.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and Client Management – Coordinate appointments, send reminders, and handle rescheduling.
- Networking and Lead Nurturing – Visit real estate offices, attend industry events, and connect with potential clients up to two days per week.
- Client Communications – Answer calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle Client Complaints – Address and resolve client concerns in a friendly, calm, and professional manner, ensuring satisfaction.
- File and Photo Management – Organize, deliver, and maintain client files.
- Invoicing and Payments – Prepare and track invoices, follow up on outstanding balances.
- Social Media Support – Assist with content scheduling, posting, and engagement.
- Light Photo Editing – Make basic adjustments in Adobe Lightroom Classic and Photoshop to enhance images.
Ideal Candidate
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM software, email management, and social media
- Familiar with Adobe Lightroom Classic and Photoshop (basic editing skills)
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in the field
- Friendly, kind, and able to handle client complaints with ease
Bonus Skills: Experience in real estate, marketing, or photography is a plus.
