Reem Acra is a globally renowned luxury bridal and evening wear brand, celebrated for its exquisite craftsmanship, innovative designs, and dedication to elegance. Headquartered in the heart of New York City on 5th Avenue , we are seeking a Wholesale Support & Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and support our wholesale operations.
The Wholesale Support & Sales Manager will play a vital role in ensuring smooth wholesale operations by managing order processing, retailer management, and inventory coordination. This crucial role requires an organized and detail-oriented professional with knowledge of A2000 ERP software and a passion for the bridal or fashion industry. As this is an onsite position, the candidate must be able to work from our 5th Avenue offices in New York, five days a week.
Wholesale Customer Support & Order Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Process and manage wholesale orders using A2000 ERP , ensuring accuracy from order entry to fulfillment.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to manage stock and order deliveries
- Handle wholesale sales and trunk shows ensuring alignment with company policies and efficiencies
- Assist with new wholesale account setup and maintain updated customer records.
- Work with entire Reem Acra retail sales team to assist in showroom sales
- Work closely with logistics and production teams to ensure timely shipments and deliveries.
- Identify and troubleshoot system-related order processing issues, escalating concerns as needed.
- Support wholesale invoicing and payment tracking in coordination with the finance team.

The compensation for this position will be evaluated based on experience and with a comprehensive sales bonus structure. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience. In addition, there is a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, and paid time off program.
