Job Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing mid-to- large-size customer projects. The Project Manager must be able to multitask project planning, execution, budget management, contract administration, and on-site project oversight. Your contribution will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of projects that uphold our commitment to excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Mid to Large Size Projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are executed in accordance with established schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Proactively identify and address project risks and issues.
- Create and develop Project Plans / Statements of Work (SOW) that define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and schedules.
- Establish clear project milestones and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead project status meetings, both internal and external.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, clients, and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
- Review project contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Monitor contract performance and adherence to terms and conditions.
- Address contract-related issues and changes as needed.
- Create, monitor, and maintain project budgets.
- Track expenses, allocate resources efficiently, and mitigate budgetary risks.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget constraints.
- Travel to project sites as required to provide on-site oversight and support.
- Ensure that projects are progressing according to plan and address any on-site challenges promptly.
- Gain a deep understanding of project deliverables and specifications.
- Ensure timely execution of deliverables while maintaining high quality standards.
