Job Description
Reeves Construction Company is currently seeking an individual for the position of Heavy Equipment Operator based out of Dublin, GA. The successful candidate for this role will have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence.
Job Responsibilities
- Adhere to Reeves Construction Company safety programs to ensure a safe work environment
- Monitor all steps of the operation to ensure Standard Quality and Operating Practices and guidelines are being followed
- Knowledge of how to operate a Bulldozer, Excavator or Loader
- Spread dirt in fill areas, finish dress to plan specifications, load material from stockpiles or excavations, finish grade with a loader, experience with material handling
- GPS machine control knowledge
- Backfill trenches / excavations
- Apply caution digging around underground utilities and overhead wire
- Ability to assist with the maintenance and normal operating adjustment to the equipment
- Willingness to work nights and weekends

Employees must have 20 / 40 vision either naturally or with corrective lenses. Hearing should be excellent or by audio device.
