What Can You Expect
- The purpose of this role is to be a positive first impression to all visitors, maintain the office space and materials, answer and route incoming calls to the main office line, and assist with special events, including all company events and celebrations.
- Answers certain basic questions about company and provides callers with address, directions and other information.
- Processes onboarding for all employees, including but not limited to: Prepare new hire welcome pack and assist Human Resources with remote orientation.
What You Bring to the Table
- Associate's Degree required (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
- Proven experience in similar administrative role.
- High level of initiative and excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
- Must possess basic to intermediate knowledge of the following software applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, and Screencloud.
