What This Role Is All About
You'll be the bridge between our current employer users and the enhanced results they could achieve by upgrading their accounts. This isn't cold calling-it's relationship nurturing with businesses that already know and use our platform.
Your mission will be to:
- Research existing employer accounts to identify specific improvement opportunities
- Create personalized outreach through email, social DMs, and strategic voicemails
- Schedule discovery and strategy sessions with our experts
- Help employers understand how additional services could dramatically improve their results
A Day in the Life as Our Employer Outreach Coordinator
Your morning: Review data on existing employer accounts, identifying those with high potential for improvement. Prepare tailored outreach that highlights specific opportunities based on their current usage patterns and results.
Your afternoon: Implement your multi-channel outreach strategy, leaving thoughtful voicemails that complement your written messages. When employers respond, you'll quickly schedule them for strategy sessions, ensuring our experts have the context they need to provide maximum value.
Yes there is outbound calling involved... but you are calling people who know who we are, already work with us, and TBH normally just navigating the phone tree to leave them a voice mail.

Compensation & Details
- Part-time position (20 hours/week) with hybrid work arrangement
- Hourly base pay plus performance bonuses for strategy sessions scheduled
- 15 days PTO (even as a part-timer!)

- Flexible scheduling between our Saint George office at Kiln and remote work

Salary : $18 - $20
