Direct Hire Food Production Manager – 2nd Shift (Onsite)
Location : Chaseburg, WI
Shift : M-F 2pm - 11pm
Employment Type : Full-time, Salaried
Pay : $60,000 - $85,000
Role Overview :
The Production Manager will oversee the daily operations of the production, packaging, and sanitation processes at our client’s Chaseburg facility. Key responsibilities include :
- Leading and mentoring production teams to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Ensuring compliance with safety policies, HACCP, and quality assurance programs.
- Managing production schedules and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Maintaining accurate production and sanitation records.
- Participating in audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.
