Production Team Member - Details :
Shift : 5 PM – 2 AM
Days : Sun - Thurs
Wage : $16.50 Shift Differential
Location : Chaseburg, WI
Production Team Member - Duties and Requirements :
Perform daily assembly / disassembly, cleaning, and sanitizing of production equipment.
Complete all ATP test swabs and document results for assigned areas.
Operate case / carton printers, butter packer, case packer, bulk filler, microfix machine and butter churn as assigned.
Assist with palletizing and shrink-wrapping pallets to prepare for shipping.
Obtain certification, for regular use, on electric pallet jacks.
Assist with the plant quality program including taking quality samples and use of quality testing equipment.
Accurately complete record keeping paperwork and logbooks.
Hand pack / tape cases, as needed.
Assure equipment and areas are sanitary and fully operational prior to start of production.
General housekeeping, cleaning, and sanitizing of various areas.
Assist in completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sanitation.
Assist at various production areas of the co-op when there is no production at the creamery.
