What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cultivation Help position at Refine New England?
If you are a self-motivated individual looking to get the job done, we have a place for you. This position will be working 5 - 8 hour shifts from 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.
We are looking for a results driven individual to help us in our grow operation. This position will report to the Lead Grower who has been working with the company for 5 years. The successful candidate will be able to work in a highly-regulated environment, complete tasks start to finish, and will be reliable for all shifts/work load.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to...
- Bucking plants and prepping them for the auto-trimmer
- Moving bulk product from station to station
- Continuous systematic cleaning and sanitizing of the grow facility and machinery; dispose of waste according to strict compliance guidelines.
- Accurate tracking and recording of data during each phase of the cultivation process.
- Follow all directions as provided by the Lead Grower.
- Be a shining example of good behavior and high performance.
Qualifications
- At least 21 years old.
- Maine resident with current valid Maine ID.
- Must be able to pass the background check.
- Basic knowledge of cannabis.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation.
- The ability to perform tasks that involve heavy lifting, repetitive motion, prolonged standing, walking and kneeling.
