Cultivation Help

If you are a self-motivated individual looking to get the job done, we have a place for you. This position will be working 5 - 8 hour shifts from 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.

We are looking for a results driven individual to help us in our grow operation. This position will report to the Lead Grower who has been working with the company for 5 years. The successful candidate will be able to work in a highly-regulated environment, complete tasks start to finish, and will be reliable for all shifts/work load.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to...

• Assist in the planting, trimming, watering, feeding, and monitoring of cannabis plants at various growth stages.
• Perform regular pruning and training of plants to promote healthy growth and maximize yields.
• Assist in the harvesting of mature plants, including cutting, drying, and preparing for packaging.
• Identify and report pests, diseases, or any other issues with plant health, and assist in the implementation of treatment measures.
• Maintain detailed records of plant growth, environmental conditions, and other relevant data to ensure traceability and state compliance measures.
• Regularly clean and sanitize workspaces, tools, and equipment to prevent contamination and maintain a sterile environment.
• Follow all safety protocols, including the proper handling of chemicals, tools, and equipment, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Follow all directions as provided by the Lead Grower and work effectively with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly cultivation goals.
• Be a shining example of good behavior and high performance.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• Maine resident with current valid Maine ID.
• Must be able to pass the background check.
• Basic knowledge of cannabis.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• The ability to perform tasks that involve bending, heavy lifting (up to 50lbs), repetitive motion, prolonged standing, walking and kneeling.
