Patient Care Coordinator/Receptionist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Patient Care Coordinator with medical experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have

• Aesthetic knowledge and willingness to learn about our products and services offered to relay product information to clients.

• Sales and marketing experience ideal but not required

• Friendly and professional demeanor with a positive, can-do attitude
• Experience with EMR software
• Able to work both independently and in a team dynamic
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients, handling inquiries and checking patients in/out.
• Point of sale / payment processing
• Answering the phone and responding to patient messages.
• Calling or texting patients to follow up after aesthetic procedures
• Ability to be cross trained to take patient photos and numb patients prior to procedures.

Experience

• Previous experience working in the medical field is required.
• Familiarity with EMR software is required.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable speaking to patients in person, on the phone or via text.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
• Prior aesthetic knowledge is preferred.
• A passion and willingness to learn about what we offer and what set’s our office apart so you can effectively communicate with clients about our services.
• Pay is negotiable pending experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.56 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
