Reflection Bay Golf Club - Outside Services Staff

OUTSIDE SERVICES STAFF MEMBER- Carts/Greeter Position

Reports To: Head Golf Professional/Assistant General Manager

General Description of Duties and Responsibilities

**Proven track record of exceptional Customer Service skills required**

• Responsible to continually monitor, implement and adhere to all company goals, policies, procedures and controls.
• Responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and controlling use of cart fleet.
• Responsible for maintaining order in practice facilities.
• Greet and engage guests any time they are in the clubhouse area.
• Assist with customer service duties such as helping guests navigate around the clubhouse and various facilities on property.
• Assist guests with any inquiries or issues they may present.
• Wiping down guests golf clubs upon completion of their round.
• Ensure all outside areas are cleaned and maintained.
• Assist other departments as needed.

Experience / Education / Certification Requirements

• High School education or its equivalent.
• Must be able to fluently speak and write the English language.
• Must have a current valid Nevada driver’s license
• Must be 18 years or older to apply

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. to waist height.
• Frequent bending, turning, kneeling and stooping.
• Exposure to hot and cold temperatures.
• Must be able to be outside for an 8 hour period.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Repetitive motion and continuous moving.
• Must be able to operate a golf cart in a safe manner.
• Normal vision and hearing required.
