The Revere Golf Club is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead revenue growth for golf tournaments, weddings, and social events. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic sales plans, achieve measurable revenue goals, and foster exceptional customer relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Actively prospect, pursue, and secure revenue-building opportunities for the club.
- Generate a minimum of 20 new prospect leads weekly.
- Schedule at least 5 meetings with new contacts per week.
- Respond to all inquiries within 24 hours and follow up to determine lead potential.
- Conduct venue tours and plan event details based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with chefs to plan menus and coordinate with vendors for event services.
- Adhere to club pricing and policies, ensuring contracts and deposits are processed promptly.
- Maintain a professional standard of service to establish long-term client relationships.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to the General Manager.
- Create effective promotional strategies in collaboration with corporate marketing teams.
- Attend local community and business organization events to foster new relationships.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate tracking of all communications and sales activities.
- Submit weekly sales recaps and monthly reporting to the corporate office.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager, Corporate Team, or Ownership.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality, events, or related industry.
- Proven leadership in sales management with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage (F&B) operations.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to analyze data, market conditions, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience planning and managing large-scale events is highly desirable.
