Key Responsibilities Include
- Lead the development and maintenance of the company-wide performance review and goal management process and tools.
- Ensure all performance and partner development is aligned with and supporting the business strategies.
- Collaborate with the business to analyze partner performance and identify training and development programs based on skill and competency needs.
- Partner with HR to provide career pathing, skill building and competency development consultation to their organizations.
- Evaluate and utilize a skill-based architect model starting with critical roles.
- Manage current development and performance tools and identify additional tools/resources aligned with performance and development needs.
- Lead a robust mentoring program, including identifying enhancements to the current program on how to match and track mentoring relationships.
- Stay abreast of trends with performance management and talent development. Regularly benchmark with other companies to learn best practices in the market and within SAP SuccessFactors.
Skills/Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years HR, L&D, or business experience
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with managing projects and vendors
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other talent management software
