Full-time Territory Sales Role

As a sales specialist for Wyyerd Fiber, you will be responsible for presenting the advantages of our essential services to customers and driving strategic sales opportunities in SFU communities. Key responsibilities include:
Successfully complete training and develop a deep understanding of our products and services
Assist customers in selecting the right products and services for their needs
Order entry of new customer information and maintain accurate records
Provide exceptional customer service and support
Coordinating with management to share weekly plans and goals
Coordinating with other departments to effectively deliver the best service to customers
Maintain marketing and sales materials in the field and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate
Identify and drive strategic sales opportunities targeted to SFU communities and promote a positive reputation and brand image for Wyyerd in the marketplace
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Work experience in telecommunication sales is preferred but not necessary
Proven sales experience and ability to adapt to a changing environment
Familiar with customer record systems, processes, and practices
Highly organized and communicative with colleagues and leaders
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Preference given to individuals living in close proximity to our office
