You will also engage with our online community to support Ligonier’s mission and ensure our message reaches as many people as possible.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with the team to prepare engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X).
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with Ligonier’s mission, supporting brand growth and engagement goals.
- Lead the day-to-day management of Ligonier Ministries’ social media accounts.
- Work closely with the content and creative teams to adapt, repurpose, and optimize written, visual, and video content for social media.
- Serve as a player-coach, providing both high-level strategy and hands-on implementation to ensure the success of our social media initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the growth of reach and engagement, and adjust strategies as needed.
- In coordination with our Care Team, engage with our community and monitor comments to foster a positive and active online presence for Ligonier Ministries.
- Occasionally work outside normal business hours to support live events, timely posts, or community engagement.
Position Qualifications :
This position is for a non-profit Christian ministry located in Sanford, FL. At this time, we are only able to hire individuals who are authorized to work in the United States.
The pay range for this position is $26.00 – $31.00 per hour. Pay ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. We may ultimately offer more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, geographic location, and organizational needs.
