Youth Director : Hudson Presbyterian ChurchJob Description : PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and grow a comprehensive youth ministry program that aligns with the vision and values of Hudson Presbyterian Church (“HPC”).Plan and organize regular youth group meetings, outreach activities, and service opportunities for youth.Commit meaningful weekly time to offsite contact with students in order to facilitate the development of personal relationships and attract new youth to HPC’s youth ministry.Commit to local Community school events and other social venues to further benefit the development and growth of HPC’s youth programming.Integrate youth activities and spiritual development into the overall life of the church and local community.Develop supportive relationships not only with the Church’s youth but also with their parents and other members of the Church.Provide leadership with Church volunteers engaging with the youth and their programs.Develop and manage the youth ministry budget in coordination with church leadership.Perform other duties as directed by the senior pastor.Candidates who sense a call into long-term vocational ministry within the church are encouraged to apply for this position.
