1st Shift Opening (7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm Monday-Friday)
Essential Job Functions :
Perform comprehensive equipment inspections in line with shipping and receiving standards. Manage all shipping and receiving paperwork, ensuring timely documentation and maintenance of shipping records. Verify completeness of deliveries and promptly address any discrepancies to uphold quality standards. Oversee all pick-up and delivery operations using UPS, FedEx, and other courier services domestically and internationally. Maintain a neat and organized workspace while providing exceptional customer service during all interactions. Coordinate backhaul operations effectively. Assist in ensuring accuracy and integrity of customer shipments. Execute all shipping functions including domestic and international shipping documentation. Fulfill clerical responsibilities such as photocopying, faxing, scanning, and filing. Generate reports for internal analysis as needed. Required Skills :
Proficient in unit conversions and basic calculations. Strong planning skills to effectively manage daily tasks. Ability to provide valuable feedback in group settings. Must be able to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs. Willingness to work independently and adjust to overtime or non-standard hours when necessary. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment. Exceptional attention to detail and strong multitasking capabilities.
