Position Description
The Technical Senior Manager is responsible for managing the ABAP, EDI, Basis, Security and .NET teams, developing their skills and capabilities to meet the needs of the organization. This role leads a combination of onsite and remote resources, collaborating with Developers, Functional and Business Analysts, and cross-functional business team members to ensure that business requirements are met through technically excellent solutions.
This role is on-site working from our NA HQ in Tampa, FL. Please only apply if you are open to relocation to Tampa, FL.
Key Accountabilities :
Provide technical leadership and is responsible for reviewing and evolving development standards, framework, guidelines and approach.Oversight and responsibility for design, development, performance validation and testing methodologies.Builds proactive, responsive relationships with IT team members and business users.Designs, develops, and implements quality solutions across the application landscape.Provide consistent level of service and problem resolution.Oversees quality of deliverables and follows change control processes.Manages resource allocation, capacity utilization and delivery of development teams.Manages work efforts of team members and provides mentorship and guidance.Contributes to IT project governance reviews.Identify opportunities to coach and recognize employees.Responsible for management and advancement of individuals and teams.Create an environment of continuous learning and improvement.Support cross topics outside of management scope.Embeds SAP best practices within Refresco internal practices.Education and Experience :
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.7 years of SAP development experience.7 years of management experience with application architecture, design and implementation.5 years of demonstrated experience with people development.5 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and debugging complex integrated applications within SAP.In-depth knowledge in the data model of various SAP applications.Skills / Qualifications :
Landscape Architecture for SAP and non-SAP environments.Experience with hosting of SAP and non-SAP applications in a hyperscaler environment.Strong ABAP development experience in SAP S / 4HANA environment.Strong knowledge of SAP security concepts.Strong knowledge of Basis.Strong EDI development experience in IBM B2Bi application.Working knowledge of .NET programming.Good understanding of functional areas such as FI, SD, MM, PP, and WM.A Career with Refresco
