What are the responsibilities and job description for the Web and App Marketing Coordinator position at Regal Cinemas, Inc?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Regular and consistent attendence
- Maintain all digital content in Regal API for app and website
- Manage and fulfill asset update requests via Monday.com, ensuring content accuracy and a seamless digital experience.
- Oversee promotional schedules and page update calendars and make regular updates to the Regal digital platforms
- Assist with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tasks on an ongoing basis
- Create landing pages for new promotions and original content
- Write app copy and build app messages in online platform
- Partner with internal teams to ensure app and web projects are executed on time
- Coordinate delivery of content across various platforms and devices
- Work with online listings management vendor to ensure theatre information is organized and up-to-date as well as internal documents
- Identify problems in the website and app and notify the Web and App marketing manager
- Assist in reviewing analytics for trends and opportunities
- Work on routine reporting weekly for both website and app
- Complete additional projects related to optimizing the website and app contributing to the company’s vision of delivering extraordinary experiences.

Education/Experience:
- College degree with a focus in marketing preferred
- Experience in a high volume work environment is preferred
- Experience with CMS platforms
- Background in Adobe Photoshop
- Experience using a project management software (Monday, Trello, Basecamp, Teamwork, etc.) is a plus but not required.
- Understanding of Google Analytics metrics and how to interpret them is preferred but not required
- Theatre industry experience helpful but not required

Perform under pressure and/or opposition at times relying on your own independent judgment and knowledge to decide the best directions and solutions.

Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, database software
