We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Duties
- Supervise front office staff, including receptionists and night auditors, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, providing personalized service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to maintain positive guest relations.
- Oversee the night audit process, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with hotel policies.
- Maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills in guest services and hospitality management.
- Monitor front office operations, including phone systems, reservations, and billing procedures.
- Assist in developing strategies to improve overall guest experience and operational efficiency.
- Help Cover Shifts as need be
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of front office operations, including night audit procedures.
- Excellent guest service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with guests.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and phone systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
