Position Summary:

Under the direction of the VP of Network Management ,the Marketing, Network Manager develops and executes marketing plans and oversees specific programs/services in support of organization goals and strategies and tracks metrics for evaluating success. Working with multiple departments and stakeholders, the Marketing Network Manager is a strong communicator, collaborative partner and self-starter who is proactive, highly organized and able to manage multiple projects with hard deadlines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Participates in strategic planning and development with Marketing management
  • Works closely with internal and external partners to carefully plan and execute a range of marketing activities across different channels and segments that support member and provider acquisition, retention and loyalty.
  • Employs range of tactics including grassroots and community outreach marketing, digital and other media and brand awareness activities.
  • Plans and implements strategies for enrollment events, health fairs and general community events as well as health education/promotion tactics and retention activities.
  • Gathers customer and market insights including health plans, competitors and community-based organizations to inform strategies, increase leads/conversions and retention and create business opportunities.
  • Facilitates cooperative and collaborative clinic, community and institutional relationships.
  • Attends internal and external meetings as a representative of the marketing department and company effectively communicating company value proposition and following regulatory and compliance guidelines.
  • All other duties as directed by management.

  • Proactively support and practice company mission, vision and values.

  • Communicate verbally and in writing through appropriate channels.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times in compliance with company policy and HIPAA requirements.
  • Employee has completed all required annual Compliance training and signed attestation form is attached for each module.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $75,000-$80,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.

Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Requirements:

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelors' degree in marketing, healthcare administration or related field or a combination of education and/or additional job related experience in lieu of the degree
  • Minimum of five years of healthcare marketing experience. Direct experience driving marketing plans resulting in member growth and retention, leading cross-functional teams and a mix of internal and external marketing expertise required.
  • Knowledge of managed care, Medicare and medical group operations and care delivery.
  • Must have California driver's license, use own vehicle for business related travel and be responsible for all liability on vehicle.
  • Discipline to organize, track and follow-through on details, as well as manage multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, have the ability to work effectively and independently,
  • Proven ability to establish and lead cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
  • Display professionalism, good judgment, maturity, and fairness when interacting with others and staff.
  • Ensures written and verbal communication with all levels of management, staff, and vendors are accurate and with good grammar.
  • Strong interpersonal, creative problem solving, and organizational skills.
  • Display warm, pleasant personality, emphasizing tact, empathy, and patience
  • Ability to thrive, handle pressure and remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment where flexibility and being proactive are essential.
  • Proven experience and strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand strategy, communications, customer engagement strategies, product marketing, etc. and other related healthcare marketing expertise.
  • Knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office suite

Compensation: $75k-80k annually
