Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for planning unforgettable events? We're seeking a Corporate Event Coordinator to manage and execute a wide range of events—from executive meetings and team-building activities to large-scale conferences and holiday celebrations.
In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate with various departments to bring our corporate events to life while ensuring alignment with company goals and branding. You should also be open to handling administrative tasks as needed and supporting future marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute events such as conferences, trade shows, meetings, and celebrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Source and coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers.
- Manage logistics: catering, travel, accommodations, AV setup, and on-site coordination.
- Track event expenses, handle invoicing, and maintain budget compliance.
- Ensure adherence to safety, insurance, and legal requirements.
- Analyze event performance and recommend improvements.
- Assist sales teams with monthly marketing campaigns (future scope).
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years’ experience in corporate event planning or coordination.
- Strong communication, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, event tools, and collaboration platforms (Zoom, Slack).
- Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.
