Job Overview:

We're seeking a dedicated professional to take on the role of Aerospace Manufacturing Process Specialist at our Monticello, IN location. In this position, you'll lead initiatives that support and enhance our lean manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Initiative: Spearhead process improvements using lean methodologies like 6s and defect reduction.
• Mentorship: Cultivate an environment of continuous improvement and guide the team toward excellence.
• Innovation: Reduce waste by addressing variations and enhancing process stability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to develop efficient systems and value streams.
• Optimization: Aid in troubleshooting set-up issues and streamline the production process.
• Documentation: Create detailed process routings and instructions for part and assembly production.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering fields like Mechanical or Aerospace.
• Preferred exposure to CNC Programming and CAD tools.
• A Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is advantageous.
