Join us as a Precision Grinding Technician, where you'll master the setup, adjustment, and operation of both CNC and manual grinders. Drive Success with Accountability
- Translate blueprints and process sheets into flawless component specifications, entering vital data into our ERP system.
- Champion efficient machine setup and operation across multiple grinding machines (CNC, Manual, ID, OD).
- Authenticate work-piece conformance to critical specifications using a variety of measurement tools.
- Assure quality by inspecting dimensions of your work and taking part in peer inspection to uphold company standards.
- Calculate important data like dimensions and rotation speeds while sometimes managing multiple machines.
- Contribute to related tasks as defined by the team.
- Showcase a minimum of two years’ experience in machine setup and operating precision grinding machines.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent experience, with a knack for basic math calculations.
- Excel in reading and interpreting blueprints and following instructions in English.
- Meet the physical demands required for machine operation, including lifting up to 50lbs and extended standing.
