Your Challenges & Rewards
- Analyze and maintain standard costs
- Evaluate performance across the P&L and balance sheets
- Provide insights based on variance analysis
- Make strategic recommendations for profitability and working capital enhancements
- Champion CAPEX investments and subsequent analyses
- Lead the establishment of the annual budget
- Utilize ERP systems for daily transactions
- Drive continuous improvements in processing
- Oversee monthly closures and financial statements
- Deliver timely financial reports quarterly and annually
- Manage and forecast cash flow
- Examine and refine accounting controls
- Facilitate both internal and external audits
- Lead complex projects, demand-driven reports, and other essential functions

- Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting; MBA or CPA is a plus
- 6-7 years in accounting within the manufacturing domain
- Firm grasp of GAAP and SOX principles
- Hands-on with Hyperion, Oracle, and Microsoft
- Outstanding analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms
- Dynamic personality with multitasking prowess
- Pioneering approach in fostering ongoing improvements
- Proactive, meticulous, and customer success-oriented
