- Develop and execute a strategic vision for digital architecture that aligns with business goals and technology strategy
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of digital architecture solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including application development, infrastructure, and business units, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of digital initiatives
- Oversee the selection and integration of new technologies and platforms to enhance digital capabilities
- Establish and enforce architecture principles, guidelines, and standards
- Conduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in digital architecture and recommend their adoption where beneficial

Professional Skills:
- Proven experience as a Digital Architect, with a strong emphasis on designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance digital solutions
- In-depth knowledge of architecture frameworks, principles, and best practices

- Experience with digital transformation initiatives and leading large-scale digital projects.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital architecture or related roles required, with at least 5 years in a leadership position preferred.
- Experience in the cinema exhibition industry or a technology-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Knowledge of data architecture and analytics platforms.

Must have good reading, writing, and speaking skills to effectively communicate with studios, managers, and co-workers. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to develop and interpret charts.
Reasoning Ability:
Perform under pressure and/or opposition at times relying on your own independent judgment and knowledge to decide the best directions and solutions. While representing the company, the marketing coordinator will be required to determine answers to questions and situations which may be socially or politically volatile. Execution and communication of such solutions are often in the public eye.
Computer Skills:
Demonstrate advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite including, but not limited to Word, PPT, Excel, and Project. Deep understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Proficiency in programming languages like Java, JavaScript, or similar. Knowledge of web and mobile development technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and DevOps practices.
