Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead multidisciplinary teams on large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and vision.
- Oversee the preparation and management of project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful execution.
- Present design solutions to clients, stakeholders, and public audiences with a focus on clarity, creativity, and technical soundness.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to address project challenges and maintain compliance.
- Drive quality assurance processes, ensuring all deliverables meet the firm’s standards and client expectations.
- Foster client relationships by providing excellent service, anticipating needs, and identifying opportunities for future collaboration.
Required Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of professional experience in design and project leadership.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency in design and project management tools, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, focusing on problem-solving and client engagement.
- A track record of delivering projects that balance aesthetic quality and functionality.

Pay: $85,086.00 - $92,210.00 per year
