What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Cope Architecture?
Cope Architecture is seeking an experienced Project Manager with 15 years of experience as a licensed architect in commercial architecture. Our firm performs a wide range of project types for both private and public clients and has a culture that is energetic and collaborative. We are looking for people to complement our award-winning and growth-oriented firm.
In this position, working with the Principal Architect, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and administering projects from start to finish. You will be accountable for the project’s financial performance and team communication. You must be able to manage multiple projects during all phases of a project until completion. Candidate will have Leadership, Management, Client Interface and Business Development and Staff Development responsibilities as well.
· State of Tennessee license or NCARB registration
· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
· LEED AP is a plus
This is a full-time position (40 hours a week in person, M-F) located at our Knoxville, TN office. Salary will be based upon qualifications. The position is available immediately.
