Key Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service by preparing menu items according to approved recipes, portions, and plate presentations.
- Maintaining accurate inventory levels through the FIFO method and proper use of storerooms.
- Operating, preparing, and cleaning all food preparation equipment, prep stations, and general kitchen areas.
