Job Description: RegalCare at Greenfield is seeking a friendly and organized weekend Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our facility, the Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls, taking accurate messages when necessary.
• Manage and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and organized.
• Handle scheduling and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in basic office equipment and computer software.
