Job Opportunity: Maintenance Director

Position: Full-Time

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance operations of a well-established facility. This is a full-time, leadership role with a focus on ensuring the safety, functionality, and appearance of the building and grounds.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of facility maintenance, including preventative, corrective, and emergency repairs.
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, including scheduling and task assignments.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract services.
• Monitor and maintain facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).

Requirements:

• Proven experience in facility maintenance or a related field, with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a team and work independently.
