Experienced Family Law Paralegal
We are expanding and need an experienced family law paralegal. This is a full-time position working closely with an associate attorney.

REQUIREMENTS:
The position requires a minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience in family law.
Familiarity with Office 365 and Adobe required.
Knowledge of Marion County Local Court Rules (Linn, Benton, Polk, Yamhill Counties are a bonus but not required).
Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize workflow.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to draft motions, pleadings, judgments, child support worksheets, and asset and liability worksheets, and prepare responsive pleadings.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule hearings, co-ordinate with judicial assistants, facilitate service and work with opposing counsel and pro-se parties.
Conduct client interviews, draft declarations, and maintain close client contact.
Request, organize, and process discovery to aid attorney in trial preparation.
Trial experience (e.g., subpoenas, legal research, etc. is preferred).
