Regency at Bluffs Park is a Skilled Rehab / Nursing Home. We are located on the north side of Ann Arbor off of Main St. We are about 2 miles from Michigan Medicine as well as The Big House.

We are looking for a highly compassionate and customer service-focused candidate to join our team in a very important role : Full-Time Receptionist ! Our Receptionist is tasked with providing excellent first impressions to our residents, their friends, their families, and anyone else who walks into our facility. Our Receptionist also serves as an assistant to the Administrator, Business Office Manager, and Human Resources Director.
Schedule : Monday-Friday 7 : 30AM-4PM
Compensation : $15.00 per hour
General Duties :
- Answering incoming phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate department
- Greet and direct guests
- Maintain current patient listing
- Provide clerical support to the Administrator and other staff as directed
- Assist Paramedics / EMTs with directions to patient room during an emergency, hold elevator if applicable
- Other duties as assigned

Education and / or Experience :
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
Typing proficiency of 50-60 words per minute.
Qualifications
Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions, (word processing, graphics, databases, spreadsheets, etc.)
Able to project a professional image
Strong organizational and analytical skills; oral and written communication skills
