We are searching for an experienced and dedicated nurse director to lead our nursing team in delivering high-quality patient care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, and other healthcare professionals.
Your primary goal will be to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care possible by developing and implementing effective nursing procedures and systems. You will also be responsible for evaluating and improving the delivery of patient care and staff performance.
In this role, you will work closely with our medical director to develop and implement individualized plans of care for each patient. Your experience as an RN will enable you to administer medications and treatments as needed, ensuring proper understanding of their rational use.
