Job Summary
As a Clinical Team Lead - Skilled Nursing at Regency at Westland Careers, you'll be responsible for overseeing the Resident Assessment and Care Planning team. You'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor team members to ensure optimal performance.
- Lead RAI process and develop comprehensive care plans.
- Collaborate with caregivers and stakeholders to address resident needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) with relevant experience.
- AANC certification (RAC-CT) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with RAI process and PPS principles is strongly preferred.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
