Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs of our guests.
Supervise and train kitchen staff on proper food handling and preparation techniques.
Ensure that all meals are prepared in a timely and efficient manner.
Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen and dining areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other members of the culinary team to ensure seamless operation of the kitchen.
Requirements:
Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
Serve Safe certification.
Preferred one (1) to two (2) years management/supervisory experience.
