As a leader, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and providing nursing care services to our guests. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality care and improve the lives of our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nursing care plans based on guest assessments
- Supervise LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members to ensure excellent care delivery
- Assess guest health status and notify physicians of changes, promptly implementing new orders
- Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to guests
- Contribute to guest assessments (MDS/CAA's) and develop a plan of care
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in long-term care settings preferred
- Current RN licensure in the state
- CPR certification
